Custom software development
Web applications, portals, internal tools and SaaS products built on modern frameworks with role-based access, audit trails and the integrations a UAE business needs.
Software, systems, cloud and automation for Dubai businesses that have outgrown the tools they started with, from a UAE-licensed engineering company that builds rather than resells.

Search for an IT company in Dubai and the results are mostly resellers: hardware, licences, a support desk and a managed antivirus. That is a real business, and it is not ours. Infynix Solutions is an engineering company. We design and build the software, business systems, integrations, cloud infrastructure and automation that a Dubai company runs on, and we support what we build.
The businesses that call us have a version of the same problem. The trading company runs sales in one system, stock in another and finance in a third, with a person re-keying between them. The clinic group has a website, a booking tool and a patient system that have never met. The developer manages off-plan sales in a spreadsheet that only one person understands. The logistics firm has drivers on WhatsApp and a customer who cannot see where their shipment is.
We fix that by building the system in the middle, or by connecting the systems already there, with the UAE requirements designed in from the first sprint: 5 percent VAT and Federal Tax Authority invoice formats, corporate tax record-keeping, the e-invoicing programme being phased in from 2026, the Personal Data Protection Law, Arabic and right-to-left interfaces, and the payment gateways and cash-on-delivery workflows Dubai customers expect.
Our UAE company is licensed in Ajman Free Zone and our engineers work across the UAE, the UK and India. Dubai work happens on site when it helps, which for discovery, go-live and training is most of the time.

Stock, purchasing, sales and VAT invoicing in one system, connected to the accounts and the couriers.
Patient, appointment and claims systems across branches with the data obligations the sector carries.
Off-plan sales platforms, unit inventory, broker portals and CRM from lead to handover.
Dispatch, tracking, proof of delivery, driver apps and customer portals tied to billing.
Storefronts, order management, marketplace integration and payment reconciliation.

A short paid engagement mapping every system, data flow and manual handoff, with a prioritised plan you own whether or not we build it.
Specification, fixed price and a delivery plan with acceptance at each release.
A named team on your roadmap month to month, with sprint planning and demos.
Monitoring, patching, backups, response times in writing and a quarterly roadmap review.
The distinction matters because it decides what you are buying. A reseller earns from licences and hardware and will recommend the product it has a margin on. A managed service provider earns from tickets and will keep the environment running as it is. An engineering company earns from building systems that remove work, and is judged on whether the re-keying stopped and the finance team got their numbers.
We are the third kind. We are happy to work with your existing IT support for devices, networks and licences, and we build the software and systems layer above it: the applications, the integrations, the automation and the infrastructure they run on.
Software and systems designed for how the business works.
Manual work removed, numbers reconciled, customers answered.
Devices, networks and licences stay where they are.
Nothing built to lock you in.
Any system that touches money in the UAE now sits inside three regimes at once, and a system built without them will need them retrofitted at the worst possible time. VAT has applied since 2018 with a prescribed tax invoice format. Corporate tax brought record-keeping obligations that spreadsheets do not meet. E-invoicing is being phased in from 2026 and will require structured invoices through accredited providers.
We design the data model, document formats and integration points for all three from the start, so the accounting package stays the ledger, invoices post to it correctly, and the finance team files from data that was right at source.
TRN handling, sequential numbering and required fields built in.
Immutable history and retention rules in the data model.
Structured data and API points ready for accredited providers.
Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo or Tally posted correctly, never a second copy.
Most Dubai businesses do not need every system replaced. They need the accounting package, the e-commerce store, the CRM, the courier accounts and the bank to exchange data without a person in between. Integration is usually cheaper, faster and less disruptive than replacement, and it is where the re-keying actually stops.
We audit the systems and the handoffs, connect what works with monitored interfaces that retry safely and alert when something fails, build an API in front of the system that has none, and replace only what is genuinely holding the business back.
Every system and manual handoff mapped before anything is proposed.
Retries, logging and alerts so nothing fails silently.
Older software connected without replacement.
Only what is holding the business back.
Data residency is now a routine question from Dubai customers, banks and regulators, and the answer for most businesses is to run in the UAE regions AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud operate here. Security has to be demonstrable as well as real: a bank onboarding a merchant, a government client or a large customer will ask for evidence.
We build environments in UAE regions in the client's own accounts, with role-based access, encryption, logging, tested backups and cost tagging, and we produce the documentation the questionnaires ask for. Managed support covers keeping it patched, monitored and within budget.
Compute, data and backups kept in country where required.
Infrastructure owned by you, operated under delegated access.
Documentation for banks, regulators and enterprise customers.
Tagged, budgeted and reviewed monthly.
Infynix Solutions is licensed in Ajman Free Zone, a short drive from Dubai, and works with clients across the emirate from Business Bay and DIFC to Jebel Ali, Al Quoz and Dubai South. Discovery, go-live and training happen on site; the rest happens wherever the engineers are.
The discovery call is free. Bring the spreadsheet everyone depends on and the system nobody trusts.

A software and systems company. We build applications, integrations, automation and cloud infrastructure and support what we build. We work alongside IT support providers who handle devices, networks and licences.
We do not quote from a rate card. A discovery or systems audit establishes scope, systems involved and the outcome, and the proposal that follows is a fixed price or a monthly retainer for exactly that. If a smaller first phase would answer the question, we say so.
Yes. Where a platform fits we implement and extend it; where the business runs on workflows no package supports, we build custom. The audit tells you which.
Yes. FTA invoice formats, VAT return data, corporate tax records and integration points for the phased e-invoicing mandate are designed in from the first sprint.
Yes. AWS, Azure and Google Cloud UAE regions, in your own accounts, with backups kept in region where residency matters.
Yes. Bilingual interfaces with correct right-to-left layout are a first-class requirement, not a translation pass at the end.
Yes. We audit the code and infrastructure, stabilise what is failing, document it and agree a plan to continue, refactor or replace.
