Custom web application development
React, Next.js and Node.js applications with role-based access, real-time dashboards, document workflows and the integrations a UAE business runs on, built for scale from the first release.
Custom web applications, mobile apps, business systems and AI features engineered for companies across Dubai, with the UAE tax, data and payment requirements designed in from the first sprint.

Off-the-shelf software rarely fits a Dubai business for long. The trading company outgrows its accounting package, the clinic group runs three unconnected systems, the developer manages off-plan sales in spreadsheets, and the logistics firm has a warehouse system that does not know what the website sold.
Infynix Solutions builds the systems that replace that patchwork. Web applications, mobile apps, ERP and CRM platforms, integrations and AI-assisted features, delivered through a process that starts with how the business actually operates rather than with a feature list. Our UAE company is licensed in Ajman Free Zone, our engineering teams work across the UAE, the UK and India, and Dubai client work happens on site as often as it needs to.
The systems we build in the UAE carry requirements that a generic software vendor will not think about until it is expensive: 5 percent VAT with the Federal Tax Authority invoice format, 9 percent corporate tax record-keeping, the phased e-invoicing programme, the Personal Data Protection Law, Arabic interfaces and right-to-left layouts, and the payment gateways and cash-on-delivery workflows that UAE customers expect.
We work with trading and distribution companies, healthcare and clinic groups, real estate developers and brokerages, logistics and fleet operators, e-commerce brands, hospitality groups and professional services firms. Some need one focused application. Most need the connective tissue between the systems they already have.

Inventory, purchasing, multi-warehouse stock, sales orders and VAT-compliant invoicing in one system, with the accounting package fed automatically.
Patient management, appointment scheduling, insurance claim workflows and reporting that work across multiple branches and respect health data obligations.
Off-plan sales platforms, unit inventory, broker portals, payment plan tracking and CRM integration for the full lifecycle from lead to handover.
Dispatch, tracking, proof of delivery, driver apps and customer portals connected to the billing system.
Storefronts, order management, returns handling and marketplace integration with Amazon.ae and noon where the channel justifies it.
Client portals, document workflows, time and billing, and the compliance records a licensed firm needs to keep.
Discovery produces a specification and a fixed price. Best when the problem is well understood and the scope can be agreed before code is written.
A named team working on your roadmap month to month, with sprint planning and demos. Best for products that will keep evolving.
A paid two to three week engagement that produces the specification, architecture and estimate, whether or not we build it.
SLA-backed maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement for systems we built or systems we inherited.
Every system that touches money in the UAE now sits inside three regimes at once. Value added tax at 5 percent has applied since 2018, with the Federal Tax Authority prescribing what a tax invoice must carry. Corporate tax at 9 percent applied from financial years starting June 2023, and it brought record-keeping obligations that a spreadsheet does not meet. The e-invoicing programme, being phased in from 2026, will require invoices to flow through accredited service providers in a structured format.
A system designed without those requirements will need them retrofitted, and retrofitting tax logic into a live database is slow, risky and expensive. We design the data model, the document formats and the integration points for all three from the first sprint, so the finance team gets what they need for filings without exports and manual reconciliation.
Tax invoices, simplified invoices and credit notes with the required fields, TRN handling and sequential numbering.
Output and input VAT reported by emirate and category, ready for the return, with the reverse charge handled where it applies.
Structured invoice data and API hooks prepared for accredited service provider integration as the mandate phases in.
Immutable document history, retention rules and reporting that supports the corporate tax return and any audit.
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021, set out obligations on consent, purpose, access and cross-border transfer that apply to most businesses processing personal data in the country. Free zones such as DIFC and ADGM have their own data protection regimes with their own regulators. Health data in Dubai has additional rules under the health data law. Where your customers and your licence sit determines which rules apply to the system we build.
We design data handling to the applicable regime and offer hosting in UAE cloud regions from AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud where residency is required or preferred. That decision is made in discovery, not after a compliance review flags it.
Consent capture, purpose limitation and preference management built into the product rather than added as a banner.
Workflows to answer subject access and deletion requests from the system itself, within the required timeframes.
Deployment to UAE regions where data residency matters, with backups kept in region.
DIFC and ADGM data protection requirements applied where the entity is licensed there.
A system for a Dubai business is used by a workforce and a customer base that may speak Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and more. The interface has to work in at least Arabic and English, and right-to-left layout is not a translation task. It changes navigation, iconography, forms, tables and every date and number field.
We build bilingual interfaces with proper RTL layout as a first-class requirement. Where the business runs on Hijri dates for some purposes, the system handles both calendars. Where customer communications go out, they go out in the language the customer chose, through the channel they use, which in the UAE is usually WhatsApp.
Mirrored layouts, Arabic typography and bidirectional text handled across every screen, not just the public pages.
Translation workflows for product data, documents and notifications so nothing ships in only one language by accident.
Dates, currency, addresses and phone numbers formatted for the UAE across the product.
Help content, notifications and templates maintained in each language the business serves.
UAE e-commerce runs on habits that surprise teams who have only built for Europe or the United States. Cash on delivery remains widely used and produces return rates that the order system has to handle. Buy now, pay later through Tabby and Tamara is a mainstream checkout option. Card acquiring runs through local gateways such as Telr, PayTabs and Network International, or through Checkout.com and Stripe UAE, each with different settlement and dispute behaviour. Delivery runs through couriers whose APIs vary widely in quality.
We have integrated all of these and know where the edges are. The order system we build reconciles cash on delivery properly, records payment method against margin so the business can see what COD returns actually cost, and connects to the courier network with tracking that reaches the customer over WhatsApp and SMS.
Telr, PayTabs, Network International, Checkout.com and Stripe UAE, with tokenisation and 3D Secure handled correctly.
Tabby and Tamara at checkout with settlement reconciled into the accounts.
COD orders, courier remittance, returns and margin reporting handled end to end.
Aramex, Fetchr, Quiqup and others integrated with tracking pushed to the customer.
Most of our Dubai engagements are not greenfield. There is an accounting package that must stay, a legacy system that holds fifteen years of records, and a set of spreadsheets that everyone depends on and nobody trusts. The job is to replace the parts that are failing while keeping the business running, and to migrate data without losing history.
We plan migration as a workstream of its own: data mapping, cleaning, trial migrations, reconciliation reports and a cutover plan with a way back. Legacy systems are wrapped with APIs and retired in stages rather than switched off on a Thursday. The staff who run the old process are part of the design of the new one, because they know where the exceptions are.
Mapping, cleaning, repeated trial migrations and reconciliation so the new system opens with correct balances and history.
Legacy modules replaced one at a time, with both systems reconciled during the overlap.
Systems that work are integrated, not rebuilt. The accounting package usually stays.
Role-based training and documentation, with the first month of live use supported closely.
AI in a business system is worth building when it removes real manual work or makes a decision better, not because a pitch needed the word. In UAE businesses the practical wins are usually document handling and forecasting: extracting data from supplier invoices, customs documents and trade licences, forecasting demand across seasonal peaks, drafting responses to routine customer enquiries in Arabic and English, and flagging the exceptions in a process so a person only looks at the cases that need one.
We build these features on top of the operational system, using your data, with humans reviewing the output until the accuracy justifies removing them. Where the feature needs a language model, we choose the model and the hosting with data protection in mind.
Invoices, delivery notes, IDs and licences read into structured records with review queues for exceptions.
Demand, cash flow and staffing forecasts built from your history and the UAE seasonal calendar.
Internal and customer-facing assistants that answer from your documents and systems, in both languages.
Approvals, notifications and hand-offs between systems automated with the exceptions routed to people.
Discovery takes the first two to three weeks: workshops with the people who run the process today, a map of the systems and data involved, a written specification, an architecture and a fixed estimate. Design follows, with clickable prototypes reviewed by the people who will use the screens, because the finance clerk and the warehouse supervisor find the problems that a project sponsor never sees.
Build runs in two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one, so progress is something you can click rather than a status report. Data migration rehearsals start early. User acceptance testing runs on a staging environment with real data. Go-live is planned with a cutover checklist, a rollback path and the team on site for the first days of live use. Support begins the day the system goes live, not after a warranty period ends.
Discovery, specification, architecture and fixed estimate.
Prototypes reviewed with the people who will use the system.
Two-week cycles with a working demo at the end of each.
Rehearsed cutover, on-site presence and SLA support from day one.
A business system is only as good as its uptime and its security. We deploy to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, in UAE regions where residency matters, with infrastructure defined as code, automated backups tested by restoring them, monitoring that pages a person, and security practices that cover access control, secrets management, dependency updates and penetration testing where the risk justifies it.
After launch, support runs on a service level agreement with named response times, a monthly maintenance allowance and a roadmap for improvements. Systems we inherit from other vendors go through an assessment first so we know what we are taking on.
Environments reproducible from source, so recovery and scaling are procedures rather than emergencies.
Automated backups with tested restores and a documented recovery time.
Role-based access, encrypted secrets, dependency scanning and periodic penetration testing.
Named response and resolution times, monitoring and a monthly improvement allowance.
Infynix Solutions is licensed in Ajman Free Zone and delivers software for businesses across the UAE. Dubai work is done on site for discovery workshops, sprint reviews, migrations and go-live, and remotely for the sprints in between. Engineering capacity comes from our teams in the UAE, the UK and Kochi in India, which is how we keep senior engineers on every project at UAE rates that make sense for a mid-sized business.
The regulatory context we build for, VAT, corporate tax, e-invoicing, PDPL, DHA and RERA rules, is the context our UAE clients operate in daily, and it is designed into the systems rather than discovered at audit time. That is the difference between a vendor who can write code and a partner who has built for the UAE before.
The discovery call is free and technical. Bring the current systems, the spreadsheets and the pain, and we will tell you what we would build first and what we would leave alone.

Scope drives the number, so the honest answer comes after a short discovery rather than before it. What we commit to in advance is that the quote is fixed for the agreed scope, that there are no surprise extras, and that we tell you when a cheaper route would serve you better.
An MVP takes 8 to 12 weeks. An ERP or CRM implementation runs 4 to 20 weeks depending on scope and data migration. Enterprise platforms take 4 to 8 months, delivered in releases so value arrives before the final milestone.
Yes. Tax invoice and credit note formats that meet Federal Tax Authority requirements, VAT return data and a corporate tax audit trail are part of the standard data model. Integration points for the e-invoicing programme, which is being phased in from 2026, are designed in so the system can connect to an accredited service provider when the business is required to.
Yes. Bilingual interfaces with proper RTL layout, Arabic typography and localised formats are a standard requirement in our UAE builds, applied to internal screens as well as customer-facing ones.
Telr, PayTabs, Network International, Checkout.com and Stripe UAE for cards, Tabby and Tamara for buy now, pay later, and cash on delivery workflows with courier remittance reconciled. We recommend a gateway based on your volumes, settlement needs and the acquiring bank relationship you already have.
Yes. Odoo is our default recommendation when a business needs standard ERP modules with UAE localisation and does not need a fully bespoke system. We implement, configure, customise and integrate it, and we build bespoke modules where Odoo does not fit.
Yes. Most of our Dubai builds keep the existing accounting package, whether that is Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero or Odoo, and feed it from the operational system so the finance team works in the tool they know.
Where it needs to be. AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud all operate UAE regions, and we deploy there when data residency is required or preferred. For DIFC and ADGM entities we apply the free zone data protection regime. The decision is made in discovery and documented.
Yes. Support runs on a service level agreement with named response times, monitoring, backups and a monthly allowance for improvements. We also take over systems built by other vendors after an assessment.
Yes. We wrap legacy systems with APIs, migrate data in rehearsed stages with reconciliation at each step, and retire old modules one at a time. The business keeps running during the overlap and there is always a way back at cutover.
You do. Source code, infrastructure, documentation and credentials are handed over in your name, and the system is built so another competent team could run it. We would rather keep clients by being good than by being unavoidable.
Our UAE company is licensed in Ajman Free Zone, with engineering teams in the UAE, the UK and India. We work on site in Dubai for discovery, sprint reviews and go-live, and remotely between those points. We do not claim a Dubai office, because accurate business details matter to us and to search engines.
