Custom web applications
Operational systems, portals and dashboards built on React, Next.js and Node.js with role-based access, document workflows and the integrations your business runs on.
Custom applications, business systems and integrations engineered for Abu Dhabi companies, with UAE tax, data protection and the supplier requirements of a government-led economy designed in.

Abu Dhabi businesses tend to need software that does serious work. Industrial suppliers in Mussafah and KIZAD run inventory, projects and compliance records. Healthcare providers run patient systems that must connect to the emirate health information exchange. Education providers run admissions and student records. Suppliers to government-linked buyers keep the documentation that vendor registration and In-Country Value scoring demand.
Infynix Solutions builds and integrates those systems. Custom web and mobile applications, ERP and CRM platforms, integrations between the systems a business already has, and AI features that remove manual work, delivered by a UAE company licensed in Ajman Free Zone with engineering teams across the UAE, the UK and India.
The compliance context is designed in from the first sprint: 5 percent VAT and Federal Tax Authority invoicing, 9 percent corporate tax records, the e-invoicing programme phasing in from 2026, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the separate ADGM data protection regime for firms licensed there.

Selling to Abu Dhabi government entities and the companies they own means keeping records that a Dubai retailer never thinks about: vendor registrations across multiple portals, certifications with expiry dates, In-Country Value certificates and the underlying data that supports them, tender submissions and their outcomes, and the project documentation a contract requires. Most companies keep this in shared drives and spreadsheets until a missed renewal costs a tender.
We build systems that hold those records properly, alert on expiries, track tenders from notice to award, and produce the reports that vendor portals and auditors ask for. The same system usually connects to the ERP so that projects, procurement and finance share one set of numbers.
Certificates, registrations and licences with owners, expiry alerts and audit history.
Opportunities from notice to submission to outcome, with the documents attached.
The underlying data organised so the In-Country Value certification process is a report rather than a scramble.
Projects, procurement and finance connected so the numbers match.
A business licensed on the Abu Dhabi mainland falls under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. A firm licensed in ADGM falls under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations, with its own regulator and its own obligations on notification, transfer and record-keeping. Healthcare data carries additional requirements. Where a company has entities in both, the system has to respect both.
We establish which regime applies in discovery, design consent, access and retention to it, and host in UAE cloud regions where residency is required. The decision is documented so that a compliance review finds the reasoning rather than a gap.
Which law applies to which data, decided and documented before build.
Access, correction and deletion requests handled from the system.
UAE regions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with backups kept in region.
Additional controls for patient data where the business handles it.
Industrial and healthcare businesses cannot pause for a system change. The job is to replace failing parts while operations continue, migrate history without losing it, and keep the accounting package the finance team already trusts. We plan migration as its own workstream, rehearse it, reconcile at every step and retire legacy modules in stages.
The people who run the current process are part of the design. The warehouse supervisor and the clinic receptionist know where the exceptions are, and a system designed without them fails in its first week.
Trial migrations with reconciliation reports before cutover.
Old modules switched off one at a time with both systems reconciled in the overlap.
Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero or Odoo fed from the new system.
Role-based training and close support through the first month live.
Infynix Solutions is licensed in Ajman Free Zone and delivers software for businesses across the UAE. Abu Dhabi engagements include on-site discovery workshops, sprint reviews and go-live support, with engineering capacity from our teams in the UAE, the UK and Kochi in India. That is how a mid-sized Abu Dhabi business gets senior engineers at rates that make sense.
The discovery call is free and technical. Bring the current systems and the spreadsheets, and we will tell you what to replace first and what to leave alone.

We do not quote from a rate card. A discovery session establishes the scope, the systems involved and the outcome you are working towards, and the proposal that follows is a fixed price or a monthly retainer for exactly that. If a smaller first phase would answer the question, we say so.
Yes. Compliance record management, certificate expiry tracking, tender tracking and the reporting that vendor portals and In-Country Value audits ask for are common requirements in our Abu Dhabi builds, usually integrated with the ERP.
Yes. Where a firm is licensed in ADGM we apply the ADGM Data Protection Regulations rather than the federal PDPL, and where a group has both we design for both. The mapping is done and documented in discovery.
Yes. Odoo is our default recommendation for standard ERP needs with UAE localisation, and we build bespoke modules where it does not fit. Implementation includes VAT, corporate tax and e-invoicing readiness.
Yes. Patient management, scheduling, claims and multi-branch reporting, with the data protection and integration requirements of the Abu Dhabi health system considered from the start.
In UAE regions on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud where residency is required or preferred, with backups in region. The choice is made in discovery and documented.
Yes, for discovery workshops, sprint reviews, migrations and go-live. Our UAE company is licensed in Ajman Free Zone and sprint work between those points runs remotely with demos every two weeks.
You do. Source, infrastructure, documentation and credentials are handed over in your name, and the system is built so another competent team could run it.
Yes. Compliance record management, certificate tracking, tender tracking and the reporting that vendor registration and In-Country Value audits require are common in our Abu Dhabi builds. We do not claim any vendor relationship of our own; we build the systems that help you manage yours.
Yes. Field service, inspection and delivery apps in React Native and Flutter, with offline capability for sites in Mussafah, KIZAD and the Western Region where connectivity is unreliable, syncing to the central system when back in range.
Support begins the day the system goes live, on a service level agreement with named response times, monitoring, backups and a monthly allowance for improvements. Systems built by other vendors are taken over after an assessment.
Tell us what you are trying to grow and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
