ERP and inventory systems
Odoo implementation or bespoke modules for stock, purchasing, sales, production and finance, configured for UAE VAT, corporate tax and e-invoicing, with multi-warehouse support.
ERP, inventory, CRM and custom applications engineered for Sharjah manufacturers, traders and service businesses by a UAE team based next door in Ajman Free Zone.

Sharjah runs on businesses that make, move and sell physical things, and most of them run on a mix of an accounting package, a warehouse spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and someone who remembers how it all fits together. It works until it does not: a stock count that is wrong, a VAT return that takes a week, a customer order that nobody can find.
Infynix Solutions builds and integrates the systems that replace that patchwork. ERP and inventory, CRM and quoting, production and job tracking, custom applications and the integrations between them, delivered by a UAE company licensed in Ajman Free Zone with engineering teams across the UAE, the UK and India.
The UAE compliance context is designed in from the first sprint: 5 percent VAT and Federal Tax Authority invoicing, 9 percent corporate tax record-keeping, the e-invoicing programme phasing in from 2026, and the Personal Data Protection Law.

A manufacturing or trading system fails when it describes a process the shop floor does not follow. Stock that is counted in one unit and sold in another, batches that are split, jobs that change mid-run, goods received before the paperwork: these are the exceptions that a generic system handles badly and a spreadsheet handles by memory.
We design from the floor up. Discovery is done with the storekeeper, the production supervisor and the sales team, not just the owner, and the system is built around the exceptions they describe. That is the difference between software that gets used and software that gets worked around.
Stock held, bought and sold in different units without manual arithmetic.
Traceability where the product needs it, ignored where it does not.
Materials, labour and overhead against each job, with margin visible.
Receiving, picking and counting on a phone or scanner.
Most Sharjah trading and manufacturing businesses sell through a process that runs on WhatsApp: an enquiry arrives, a salesperson checks stock and price, a quote goes back as a photo of a spreadsheet, and the order is confirmed in the same chat. It works, and it loses information at every step. Nobody knows which quotes are open, which dealer gets which price, or what the margin on the last hundred orders was.
We build quoting and CRM systems that keep the WhatsApp process and add the structure: quotes generated from live stock and dealer pricing, sent through WhatsApp Business API, tracked to order, and reported on. The salesperson works the way they always have. The business finally sees the pipeline.
Quotes built from live stock, cost and dealer-specific pricing in seconds.
Quotes, confirmations and updates sent and logged through the Business API.
Price lists, credit limits and history per dealer.
Open quotes, conversion and margin visible to the owner.
Every Sharjah business that invoices is inside three regimes: VAT at 5 percent with Federal Tax Authority invoice requirements, corporate tax at 9 percent with its record-keeping obligations, and the e-invoicing programme phasing in from 2026, which will require structured invoices through accredited providers. A system built without these needs them retrofitted, and retrofitting tax logic into a live database is slow and risky.
We build the document formats, the data model and the integration points for all three from the start, so the VAT return is a report, the corporate tax records are already there, and e-invoicing is a connection rather than a rebuild.
Tax invoices and credit notes with the required fields and numbering.
Output and input VAT by category, ready for filing.
Retention and reporting that supports the return and any audit.
Structured data and integration points for accredited providers.
No Sharjah manufacturer can pause production for a system change. We replace the failing parts while the business runs, migrate history in rehearsed stages with reconciliation at each step, keep the accounting package the finance team trusts, and retire old tools one at a time.
The first month live is supported closely, with the team available to the people using the system daily, because that is when the last exceptions surface.
Trial migrations and reconciliation before cutover.
Old tools switched off one at a time.
The finance team keeps working in the tool they know.
Training and daily availability through the first month.
Infynix Solutions is licensed in Ajman Free Zone, a short drive from Sharjah city and the Industrial Areas, which makes on-site discovery, migration and go-live practical. Engineering capacity comes from our teams in the UAE, the UK and Kochi in India, so a Sharjah business gets senior engineers at rates that make sense.
The discovery call is free and technical. Bring the spreadsheets and the pain, and we will tell you what to replace first.

Every engagement is scoped individually after a discovery session, from the outcome you need and the work involved, and quoted before anything starts. Ad spend, where it applies, is separate and paid directly to the platforms, and we will say plainly if the budget on the table is too small to produce a usable result.
Yes. Odoo is our default recommendation for manufacturers and traders who need standard ERP modules with UAE localisation, and we build bespoke modules where it does not fit.
Yes. FTA-compliant invoices, VAT return data, a corporate tax audit trail and integration points for the e-invoicing programme are part of the standard data model.
Yes. Most Sharjah builds keep the existing package, whether Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero or Odoo, and feed it from the operational system.
Yes. Bilingual interfaces with proper right-to-left layout are standard, for staff screens as well as customer-facing ones.
Yes. Migration is rehearsed and reconciled, old tools are retired in stages, and the first month live is supported closely.
Yes. We are based in Ajman Free Zone next door, and discovery, migration and go-live happen on site.
You do. Source, infrastructure, documentation and credentials are handed over in your name.
Yes. Mobile apps for receiving, picking and counting are built to work offline and sync when the connection returns, which matters in metal-clad warehouses and industrial units where signal drops.
By designing screens around the task, in Arabic and English, with as few steps as the process allows, then training by role on the floor rather than in a meeting room. The first month live is supported daily.
Scope drives the number, so the honest answer comes after a short discovery rather than before it. What we commit to in advance is that the quote is fixed for the agreed scope, that there are no surprise extras, and that we tell you when a cheaper route would serve you better.
Yes. Barcode and QR labels, delivery notes, packing lists and FTA-compliant invoices are generated from the system and printed on standard thermal and office printers, in Arabic and English as required.
Tell us what you are trying to grow and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
