Custom web applications
Operational systems, portals and dashboards on React, Next.js and Node.js with role-based access and the integrations a UAE business runs on.
Infynix Growth Solutions builds custom web apps, AI software workflows, and real-time AI security systems. Manual workflows and disconnected software tools slow down daily business operations. Scaling requires custom software tools that automate routine work and connect your operations.

Infynix Growth Solutions is the technology division of Infynix Solutions in the UAE: custom software, business systems, ERP and CRM, web and mobile applications, integrations, data platforms, cloud infrastructure and the AI features that remove manual work. It builds the systems a business runs on, and the systems the marketing and media divisions land their campaigns in.
The division exists because most UAE businesses do not need more software. They need the software they have to talk to each other, the spreadsheets that hold the business together to become a system, and someone accountable when something breaks on a Friday. We build and integrate, we host and support, and we design the UAE requirements in from the first sprint: 5 percent VAT and Federal Tax Authority invoicing, 9 percent corporate tax records, the e-invoicing programme phasing in from 2026, the Personal Data Protection Law, Arabic interfaces and UAE payments.
We work with trading and distribution companies, clinics and healthcare groups, real estate developers and brokerages, logistics and fleet operators, e-commerce brands, hospitality groups, professional services firms and startups across the Emirates, with engineering capacity from our teams in the UAE, the UK and India.
Some clients need one focused application. Most need the connective tissue between the systems they already have. Both start with a discovery that says honestly what to replace, what to integrate and what to leave alone.

Every system that touches money in the UAE now sits inside three regimes at once. VAT at 5 percent has applied since 2018, with the Federal Tax Authority prescribing what a tax invoice must carry. Corporate tax at 9 percent applied from financial years starting June 2023 and brought record-keeping obligations a spreadsheet does not meet. The e-invoicing programme, phasing in from 2026, will require invoices to flow through accredited service providers in a structured format. Retrofitting tax logic into a live database is slow, risky and expensive.
We design the data model, the document formats and the integration points for all three from the first sprint, so the finance team gets what it needs for filings without exports and manual reconciliation, and the accounting package they already use stays in place, fed automatically.
Tax invoices, simplified invoices and credit notes with the required fields, TRN handling and sequential numbering.
Output and input VAT by emirate and category, with the reverse charge where it applies.
Structured invoice data and API hooks prepared for accredited provider integration.
Immutable document history and retention that supports the return and any audit.
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law sets obligations on consent, purpose, access and cross-border transfer for most businesses processing personal data here. DIFC and ADGM have their own regimes with their own regulators. Health data in Dubai carries additional rules. Where the customers and the licence sit determines which rules apply to the system we build, and the decision is made in discovery rather than after a compliance review flags it.
We design data handling to the applicable regime and host in UAE cloud regions from AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud where residency is required or preferred, with backups kept in region and the data map documented.
Built into the product, not added as a banner.
Access and deletion requests answered from the system within the required timeframes.

Most UAE engagements are not greenfield. There is an accounting package that must stay, a legacy system that holds years of records, and a set of spreadsheets everyone depends on and nobody trusts. The job is to replace what is failing while the business runs, and to migrate data without losing history. Legacy tools are wrapped with APIs and retired in stages rather than switched off on a Thursday.
Migration is its own workstream: mapping, cleaning, trial migrations, reconciliation reports and a cutover plan with a way back. The staff who run the old process are part of designing the new one, because they know where the exceptions are, and the first month live is supported closely.
Trial migrations and reconciliation so the new system opens with correct balances.
Legacy modules replaced one at a time with both systems reconciled in the overlap.
Systems that work are integrated, not rebuilt.
Role-based training in Arabic and English, with daily support in month one.
A system that catches the lead, a campaign that produces it and the content that earns the click are usually built by three suppliers who have never met. At Infynix they share a building and a brief. The CRM the technology team builds is the one the agency routes leads into. The website the technology team prerenders is the one the SEO team ranks. The dashboard reports on all of it in one set of numbers.
For a UAE client that means fewer moving parts, one accountable partner and a system that was designed for the marketing that will run on it rather than discovered by it.
CRM, WhatsApp and landing pages designed with the agency team.
Prerendered, structured and fast from launch.
Operations, marketing and revenue in one view.
Named SLAs across everything we run.

We build with modern frameworks like React 19, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and cloud infrastructure on AWS and Vercel.
A map of every system, spreadsheet and manual step, a trace of how orders, invoices and customers actually move through the business, a review of hosting, backups, security and compliance gaps, and a costed roadmap of what to replace, integrate and leave alone. It is yours whether or not we do the work.
Yes. FTA-compliant documents, VAT return data and a corporate tax audit trail are part of the standard data model, with integration points for the e-invoicing programme designed in.
Yes. Odoo with UAE localisation is our default recommendation for standard modules, and we build bespoke modules where it does not fit.
In UAE regions on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud where residency is required or preferred, with backups in region. For DIFC and ADGM entities the free zone regime is applied. The decision is made in discovery and documented.
Yes, after an assessment of the code, infrastructure and documentation. We say honestly what we find and take it on under a support agreement if it is workable.
Yes. Bilingual interfaces with proper right-to-left layout, Arabic typography and localised formats are standard, for internal screens as well as customer-facing ones.
You do. Source, infrastructure, documentation and credentials are handed over in your name, and the system is built so another competent team could run it.
Our UAE company is licensed in Ajman Free Zone and works on site across the Emirates for discovery, migration and go-live, with engineering capacity from our teams in the UK and India for the sprints between.
