Edge processing
Custom vision models running on local hardware such as NVIDIA Jetson, so video is analysed on site and footage stays where it was recorded.
Real-time AI computer vision security, local edge processing, and automated threat alerts for commercial facilities. Traditional video surveillance requires constant human monitoring and usually only records incidents after they happen. Active security uses AI computer vision to detect threats automatically and alert your team in real time.

AI surveillance and security solutions for UAE facilities: computer vision models running on local edge hardware, connected to the IP cameras you already have, detecting the events that matter and alerting a person in real time, with the video processed on site rather than sent to a cloud abroad. For warehouses, industrial sites, retail, hospitality, construction and residential communities across the Emirates.
Conventional video surveillance records what happened and relies on a person watching screens to notice it happening. Nobody watches forty screens for eight hours. AI vision watches them all, recognises the events the business has defined, intrusion after hours, a vehicle in a restricted zone, a queue past a threshold, a missing hard hat, an unattended package, and sends the alert to the people who can act.
The UAE has clear rules on surveillance, data and privacy, and a system that processes video has to respect them: the Personal Data Protection Law, the security systems regulations that apply in each emirate, and the expectations of the free zones and the communities the cameras serve. We design for those rules, and we process locally so footage does not leave the site.
We deploy for logistics and warehousing, manufacturing and industrial sites, retail and malls, hospitality, construction and residential communities, on existing camera infrastructure wherever it is capable.
Custom vision models running on local hardware such as NVIDIA Jetson, so video is analysed on site and footage stays where it was recorded.
Connected to the IP cameras and recorders already installed, wherever they are capable, without ripping out infrastructure.
Intrusion, restricted zones, loitering, queues, occupancy, vehicles and plates, PPE compliance, unattended objects, defined per site.
To security teams, managers and control rooms by app, WhatsApp, SMS and integration with existing systems.
Footfall, dwell, queue and occupancy data for retail, hospitality and facilities teams, without identifying individuals.
Local processing, retention rules, masking where required and access control to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Access control, alarm, building management and incident systems connected so an alert becomes an action.
Model accuracy, hardware health and alert quality monitored, with false positives tuned down over time.
| Engagement | Typical timeline |
|---|---|
| Site survey and camera assessment | 1 to 2 weeks |
| Pilot on a single site or zone | 4 to 6 weeks |
| Full site deployment | 6 to 12 weeks |
| Multi-site rollout | Phased, per site |
| Monitoring and support | Monthly |
Intrusion after hours, restricted zones, loading bay monitoring and vehicle tracking across the free zone estates.
PPE compliance, restricted area entry and safety events on sites where a missed incident is expensive.
Footfall, queues, occupancy and loss prevention without identifying shoppers.
Perimeter, back-of-house and occupancy monitoring for hotels and venues.
Perimeter and access monitoring for gated communities and towers, with privacy rules respected.
After-hours intrusion and access anomalies for offices and data rooms.
A site survey and a pilot on one zone to prove the events and tune the alerts before committing.
Full site deployment on a fixed scope with the integrations the site needs.
Model, hardware and alert quality monitored and tuned monthly.
Sending every camera feed to a cloud service abroad is expensive, slow and, for many UAE facilities, not permitted. The Personal Data Protection Law, sector rules and the security regulations of each emirate set expectations on where footage lives and who can access it, and a free zone or a residential community will have its own. Edge processing runs the models on hardware at the site, so the video is analysed where it is recorded, only the events and their clips leave, and the footage stays under the operator’s control.
It is also more reliable: the system keeps working when the internet does not, and the latency between an event and an alert is measured in seconds.
NVIDIA Jetson and similar edge devices at the site.
Only events and clips are transmitted.
Detection continues without a connection.
Who can see what, recorded and reviewed.
A warehouse cares about intrusion after hours and vehicles in the wrong bay. A mall cares about queues and occupancy. A construction site cares about hard hats and exclusion zones. A hotel cares about the perimeter and back-of-house. The events are defined with the operator, the models are tuned on the site’s own cameras and conditions, and the pilot runs until the alerts are accurate enough that security teams trust them.
False positives are the enemy of any alerting system; a control room that receives fifty meaningless alerts a night stops reading them. We measure alert quality and tune it down until every alert is worth a look.
Defined with the operator, not from a menu.
Models adapted to the site’s angles, lighting and conditions.
Accuracy proven on one zone first.
Alert quality tracked and improved monthly.
A surveillance system that identifies individuals, retains footage indefinitely or is accessible to anyone with the password is a liability under UAE law and a breach of trust with the people it watches. We design for the rules: events detected without identifying individuals where identification is not needed, faces and plates masked where required, retention periods enforced automatically, access controlled by role and logged, and signage and policies in place where the regulations require them.
We work with the operator’s legal and security teams on the emirate-level requirements and the community or free zone rules that apply.
Events without identifying people where it is not needed.
Faces and plates masked where the rules or the operator require.
Footage and clips kept as long as required and no longer.
Every view and export recorded.
An alert that lands on a screen nobody is watching is a recording with extra steps. The system is integrated with the way the site actually responds: the control room, the guard on shift, the facilities manager, the access control and alarm systems. An intrusion alert can lock a door, a queue alert can call a staff member, a PPE alert can notify a supervisor, and every event is logged with its clip for review.
Operational analytics from the same cameras, footfall, dwell, queues and occupancy, feed the retail, hospitality and facilities teams without identifying anyone.
To the person and the channel that will act, by event and time of day.
Access control, alarms and building management connected.
Every event with its clip, for review and audit.
Footfall, queues and occupancy for the teams that need them.
Most UAE facilities already have a security provider, a control room and a camera installer, and an AI layer that ignores them fails on the first night. We work with the existing team: the events are defined with the security manager, alerts go to the guards and the control room in the way they already operate, and the camera installer remains responsible for the cameras. The AI layer adds detection and reduces the screens a person has to watch; it does not replace the people who respond.
For managed communities and free zones, we coordinate with the estate’s own security and privacy requirements before deployment.
What matters on this site, from the people who run it.
Alerts in the workflow guards already use.
Cameras and recorders remain with the existing provider.
Community and free zone rules coordinated in advance.

Yes, our vision software connects directly to standard video surveillance and IP camera streams.
No. Video analytics process locally on your on-site edge hardware for privacy.
Usually, yes. Most IP cameras and recorders installed in the last several years are capable. A site survey confirms which cameras work, which need adjustment and where coverage is missing.
No. Models run on local edge hardware at the site, footage stays where it was recorded, and only detected events and their clips are transmitted to the people who need them.
Yes. Detection runs locally and continues when the connection drops, with alerts delivered on the local network and synced when connectivity returns.
Intrusion after hours, restricted zone entry, loitering, queues and occupancy, vehicles and plates, PPE compliance, unattended objects and others defined with the operator and tuned on the site.
Events are detected without identifying individuals where identification is not needed, faces and plates are masked where required, retention is enforced automatically and access is controlled and logged, to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the rules of the emirate, free zone or community.
Accurate enough that security teams trust the alerts, which is what the pilot proves. Alert quality and false positives are measured and tuned monthly on the site’s own cameras and conditions.
Yes. Access control, alarm, building management and incident systems are integrated so an alert becomes an action, such as locking a door or notifying the guard on shift.
A survey takes one to two weeks, a pilot on one zone four to six, and a full site six to twelve depending on cameras and integrations. Multi-site rollouts are phased.
No. The AI layer works with the existing security team, control room and camera installer, adding detection and reducing the screens a person has to watch, without replacing the people who respond.
