Sensing and devices
Temperature, humidity, location, energy, vibration, occupancy, level and machine state, with hardware selected for UAE conditions.
IoT system design and development for UAE businesses, connecting physical devices to cloud dashboards, automation workflows, and real-time monitoring. Businesses with physical operations lack real-time visibility into their assets, processes, and environments. Connected IoT systems transform physical operations by delivering real-time data that enables faster, better decisions.
OUR CAPABILITIES IN
IoT & Connected Systems
We define the physical problem and data requirements.
We select and prototype with appropriate IoT hardware.
We develop the embedded software for device operation.
We connect devices to a cloud platform for data storage.
We build the monitoring interface for your team.
We deploy, test in the field, and provide ongoing support.
IoT and connected systems for UAE operations: sensors, devices and equipment connected to the systems that run the business, so temperature, location, energy, occupancy, machine state and asset movement become data the business acts on rather than readings someone writes on a clipboard. Designed for the conditions here: heat, dust, distance, patchy connectivity and facilities that span free zones and emirates.
The UAE runs on physical operations: cold chains carrying food and pharmaceuticals across the country, fleets on the E11, warehouses in the free zones, industrial plants, buildings that spend most of their energy on cooling, and construction sites that move every month. Each produces data that is either captured and used or lost. Connected systems capture it, and the integration with the ERP, the maintenance system and the dashboard is what turns it into decisions.
We design the sensing, the connectivity, the platform and the integration as one system, choose hardware that survives the climate, and build the software on the same practice as our business systems, hosted in UAE regions with the data handled to the rules that apply.
We work with logistics and cold chain operators, manufacturers, facilities and property managers, retail and hospitality groups, construction companies and utilities-adjacent businesses across the Emirates.
Temperature, humidity, location, energy, vibration, occupancy, level and machine state, with hardware selected for UAE conditions.
Cellular, LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi and wired networks chosen per site, with offline buffering where connectivity is unreliable.
Ingestion, storage, rules and alerting built on cloud services in UAE regions, or on site where residency requires it.
Live and historical views for operations, and alerts to the people who act, by app, WhatsApp and SMS.
Readings and events flowing into the ERP, the maintenance system and the asset register, not a separate portal.
Continuous temperature records and excursion alerts for food and pharmaceutical logistics, with the audit trail regulators ask for.
Cooling, lighting and consumption monitored and optimised for facilities where cooling is most of the bill.
Apps for technicians and drivers that work offline and sync, connected to the same data.
| Engagement | Typical timeline |

| Pilot deployment | 4 to 8 weeks |
| Full deployment | 8 to 16 weeks |
| ERP and maintenance integration | 3 to 6 weeks |
| Monitoring and support | Monthly |
Continuous temperature monitoring across warehouses and vehicles with excursion alerts and compliance records.
Location, utilisation and condition of vehicles, containers and equipment across the Emirates.
Machine state, output and downtime captured for production planning and maintenance.
Energy, cooling, occupancy and equipment health across buildings and communities.
Refrigeration, occupancy and environmental monitoring across sites.
Equipment tracking, environmental monitoring and site conditions on sites that move.
An assessment of the site and a pilot on one line, one building or one route to prove the data and the return.
Full deployment on a fixed scope with the integrations the operation needs.
Devices, connectivity and data quality monitored and maintained monthly.
A sensor that works in a European warehouse fails in a Jebel Ali one in August. Heat, dust, humidity near the coast, direct sun on vehicles and metal-clad buildings that block signal are the normal conditions here, and hardware, enclosures, power and connectivity have to be chosen for them. Battery life halves in the heat. Cellular signal disappears in the middle of a cold store. Devices on a truck live at seventy degrees.
We select and test hardware for the conditions of each site, design connectivity with offline buffering so readings are not lost when signal drops, and plan maintenance so a dead battery is replaced before it becomes a gap in a compliance record.
Devices and enclosures chosen and tested for heat, dust and humidity.
Cellular, LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi or wired as the building and the range dictate.
Readings stored on the device and synced when signal returns.
Batteries, calibration and replacements scheduled, not discovered.
Food and pharmaceutical logistics in the UAE answer to municipal and federal authorities on temperature control, and the record has to be continuous, tamper-evident and available when an inspector or a customer asks. A clipboard reading every four hours is not a record. Connected temperature monitoring across the warehouse, the loading bay and the vehicle produces the continuous trace, alerts on excursions while there is still time to act, and stores the history the audit requires.
We build cold chain monitoring with the sensors, the connectivity in trucks and cold stores, the alerting and the compliance reporting, integrated with the warehouse and transport systems.
Temperature recorded and stored across every stage.
To the driver, the warehouse and the manager while it can still be fixed.
The history in the format the authority or the customer asks for.
Records attached to shipments and batches in the WMS and TMS.
A separate IoT portal that nobody opens is a common failure. The value of connected data is realised when it lands where decisions are made: a machine fault creating a maintenance work order, a vehicle location updating the delivery ETA the customer sees, energy consumption feeding the facilities budget, an asset movement updating the ERP. We integrate the platform with the ERP, the maintenance system, the transport system and the dashboard the business already uses.
The same team that builds those systems builds the integration, so the data model is one model rather than two.
Faults and thresholds creating work orders automatically.
Readings and movements updating the records the business runs on.
ETAs and status pushed to customers on WhatsApp and portals.
Operational data alongside the rest of the business.
Connected devices are an attack surface, and the data they produce can be personal, such as vehicle location tied to a driver, or sensitive, such as a facility’s energy profile. We secure devices and connectivity, manage credentials and firmware, segment networks, and handle the data to the Personal Data Protection Law and the rules of the free zone or sector, hosting in UAE regions where residency is required.
The platform is monitored for device health, data quality and security, and the documentation records what is collected, where it lives and who can see it.
Credentials, firmware and network segmentation managed.
Driver and occupancy data treated to PDPL.
Platform in UAE regions or on site where residency requires.
Device health, data quality and security watched continuously.
The right way to begin is small and measurable. One refrigerated route with sensors in the vehicle and the cold store. One production line with machine state captured. One building with energy and occupancy monitored. The pilot proves the hardware survives the site, the connectivity holds, the data lands where the operation uses it and the return is real, before the rollout is committed.
We run pilots with a written success measure agreed at the start, and we report against it honestly, including when the answer is that the return is not there.
A route, a line or a building, not the whole estate.
What the pilot has to prove, in writing.
Hardware and connectivity tested where they will live.
Roll out, adjust or stop, on the numbers.

The hardware is chosen and tested for heat, dust and humidity, with enclosures, power and maintenance planned for the site. Battery life, signal and calibration are managed rather than discovered.
Devices buffer readings locally and sync when signal returns, so the record stays continuous even inside cold stores and metal-clad warehouses.
Yes. Continuous, tamper-evident temperature history across warehouse, loading bay and vehicle, with excursion alerts and compliance reports in the format the authority or the customer requires.
Into the systems you already use. Readings and events flow into the ERP, the maintenance system, the transport system and the dashboard, so a fault creates a work order and a location updates an ETA.
Yes, and we recommend it. A pilot on one line, one building or one route proves the data, the hardware and the return before a full deployment is committed.
In UAE cloud regions or on site where residency requires it, with personal data such as driver location handled to the Personal Data Protection Law and the applicable free zone or sector rules.
Yes. Device health, connectivity, batteries, calibration and data quality are monitored and maintained under a managed agreement.
Yes. Field apps that work offline and sync connect drivers and technicians to the same data, for inspections, deliveries and maintenance.
With a pilot on one route, line or building, a success measure agreed in writing at the start, hardware tested in real conditions, and an honest readout at the end, including when the return is not there.
