ERP and accounting
Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally and Xero connected to the operational systems so the ledger is fed automatically.
API development and systems integration for UAE businesses, connecting your tools, platforms, and databases into a single, coherent operational system. Data trapped in disconnected systems forces manual data entry, introduces errors, and creates blind spots in business reporting. Integrated systems that share data automatically eliminate the most common operational bottlenecks and produce more reliable business intelligence.
OUR CAPABILITIES IN

API and systems integration for UAE businesses: the ERP, the CRM, the accounting package, the e-commerce store, the couriers, the banks, the payment gateways and the government portals connected so data is entered once and flows everywhere it is needed. Most UAE businesses do not need another system. They need the ones they have to talk to each other.
The typical picture is familiar: orders in the store, stock in a spreadsheet, invoices in the accounting package, customers in a CRM nobody updates, deliveries in a courier portal, and a person who reconciles it all by hand. Every hand-off is a delay and an error. Integration removes the hand-offs, and it is usually the highest-return technology work a business can commission, because it makes the systems already paid for actually work together.
We integrate through the APIs the systems expose, build the connectors where they do not, handle the mapping and the exceptions properly, and design for the UAE requirements that run through every transaction: VAT and Federal Tax Authority invoicing, the e-invoicing programme, the Personal Data Protection Law and the payment and delivery networks specific to this market.
We work with trading and distribution, e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, real estate, hospitality and professional services businesses across the Emirates, on the platforms they already run.
Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally and Xero connected to the operational systems so the ledger is fed automatically.
HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Bitrix24 and WhatsApp Business API connected to the website, the ad platforms and the sales process.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon.ae and noon synced for orders, stock and pricing.
Telr, PayTabs, Network International, Checkout.com, Stripe UAE, Tabby, Tamara and bank feeds reconciled into the accounts.
Aramex, Fetchr, Quiqup, DHL and others integrated for booking, tracking and cash-on-delivery remittance.
Federal Tax Authority requirements, e-invoicing accredited providers and portal integrations where the business needs them.
Where a system has no usable API, connectors built and maintained so it still participates.
Every integration monitored, with failures alerting a person and exceptions queued rather than silently dropped.
| Engagement | Typical timeline |
|---|---|
| Integration audit and architecture | 1 to 3 weeks |
| Single integration | 2 to 4 weeks |
| Multi-system integration programme | 6 to 12 weeks |
| Custom connector | 3 to 6 weeks |
| Monitoring and support | Monthly |
Orders, stock, invoices and payments flowing from the storefront to the ERP to the ledger without re-keying.
Website, ad and portal leads landing in the CRM with source attached and answered on WhatsApp within minutes.
Shipments booked, tracked and remittances matched automatically.
Branches, warehouses and group companies sharing one set of numbers.
Amazon.ae and noon orders and stock in the same system as the store.
Older systems wrapped with APIs so they can be integrated now and replaced later.
A paid map of the systems, the hand-offs and the integrations that would remove the most work first.
A defined set of connections built, tested and launched.
Connections monitored, maintained and extended monthly as systems and APIs change.
Integration starts with tracing how an order, an invoice, a customer and a delivery actually move through the business today, and where a person carries them from one system to the next. Each hand-off is a candidate: how often it happens, how long it takes, what goes wrong. The audit produces a map of the systems and their APIs, the hand-offs ranked by cost, and an architecture that connects them in the order that removes the most work first.
It also finds the systems that cannot be integrated as they are, and says whether to wrap them, replace them or leave them alone.
Every manual hand-off between systems, documented.
What each system exposes, and what it does not.
The connections that remove the most work, first.
Wrap, replace or leave, in writing.
A naive integration works on the happy path and fails silently on everything else: the order with a product the ERP does not know, the invoice with a VAT rate that does not match, the courier API that timed out, the customer record that exists twice. Silent failures are worse than no integration, because the business believes the data flowed. We build integrations that validate, retry, queue exceptions for a person and alert when something needs attention.
Every integration is monitored, and its failures are visible on the same dashboard as the rest of the business.
Data checked before it crosses, with the mismatches surfaced.
Transient failures retried, persistent ones queued for a person.
One customer, one product, one order, across systems.
Failures alert a person rather than disappearing.
Every integrated transaction in the UAE carries tax data: the VAT rate and amount, the TRN, the invoice fields the Federal Tax Authority prescribes, and soon the structured format the e-invoicing programme requires through accredited providers. An integration that maps these wrong produces invoices that fail the return and records that fail the audit, at volume.
We map tax data explicitly, validate it at every crossing, and design the integration so the accounting package receives return-ready data and the e-invoicing connection is a configuration rather than a rebuild when the mandate reaches the business.
VAT rates, amounts, TRNs and document fields carried correctly.
Mismatches caught before they reach the ledger.
The accounting package fed with what the filing needs.
Structured data and provider integration designed in.
Many UAE businesses run a system that cannot be replaced yet: it holds years of records, the staff know it, and the migration would be a project of its own. It can still be integrated. We wrap legacy systems with APIs, reading and writing through whatever interface they offer, so the rest of the business stops re-keying into them now, and so they can be replaced module by module later with the integration already in place.
The wrapper is documented and monitored like any other integration, and it is designed to be removed when the legacy system is.
A clean interface in front of a system that has none.
The business stops re-keying immediately.
Modules swapped behind the same interface.
Treated as a first-class integration.
The integrations that pay back fastest for most UAE businesses are on the marketing side: the website form and the click-to-WhatsApp button landing in the CRM with the campaign attached, the WhatsApp Business API logging conversations against the record, and qualified leads and closed deals flowing back to Google and Meta as offline conversions. Without them, the sales team cannot see where enquiries came from and the ad platforms cannot learn what a good lead looks like.
Because the Infynix agency and technology teams share the work, these integrations are built to the measurement plan rather than discovered after the campaign has launched.
Every enquiry with source, campaign and page attached.
Conversations against the record, replies from the phone.
Qualified leads and revenue sent back to the platforms.
Integrations designed with the agency team.
Infynix Solutions is registered separately in India, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. This page covers United Arab Emirates. The same service, written for the other markets:
Odoo, SAP Business One, Dynamics, Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon.ae, noon, the UAE payment gateways, the couriers, WhatsApp Business API and most systems with an API. Where a system has none, we build a connector.
Yes. Orders, refunds, fees and payments post to Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally or Odoo automatically with VAT data mapped correctly, so the finance team works in the tool they know.
It is monitored. Transient failures are retried, persistent ones are queued for a person with the context attached, and alerts reach someone rather than the failure disappearing.
Usually. We build connectors through whatever interface the system offers, wrap legacy systems with an API so the rest of the business can talk to them, and say honestly when a system genuinely cannot participate.
Yes. Tax fields are mapped explicitly and validated at every crossing, the accounting package receives return-ready data, and the e-invoicing connection is designed in so it is a configuration when the mandate reaches the business.
Yes. Courier remittances are matched against orders automatically, with rejections and shortfalls surfaced for a person rather than found at month end.
Two to four weeks for a single connection between systems with usable APIs, including mapping, validation, testing and monitoring. Programmes across several systems take six to twelve.
Yes. APIs change, platforms update and businesses add systems. Integrations are monitored, maintained and extended under a managed agreement.
Yes. Forms and click-to-WhatsApp land in the CRM with source and campaign attached, conversations are logged through the Business API, and qualified leads flow back to the ad platforms as offline conversions.
