Odoo implementation
Sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, HR and manufacturing configured for the UAE, with the customisations the business actually needs and no more.
ERP systems for Dubai businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected apps: inventory, purchasing, sales, finance, HR and reporting in one system, built for UAE tax and trade.

The moment a Dubai business needs an ERP is usually obvious in hindsight: the stock count disagrees with the system, the VAT return takes a week of reconciliation, a customer is quoted from an old price list, and the owner cannot get a margin figure by product without three spreadsheets and an argument. Infynix Solutions implements and builds ERP systems that end that.
We work two ways. Where Odoo fits, and for many trading, distribution and services companies it does, we implement and customise it, with UAE localisation done properly. Where the business runs on processes no package supports, such as complex trade finance, multi-company free zone and mainland structures, or a manufacturing flow with its own rules, we build the modules that are missing or build the system custom.
Either way the UAE requirements are designed in: 5 percent VAT with Federal Tax Authority invoice formats and return data, 9 percent corporate tax record-keeping, readiness for the e-invoicing programme phasing in from 2026, Arabic and English interfaces, Hijri dates where needed, multi-currency for GCC trade, and the customs and shipping documents a trading company produces every day.
Our UAE company is licensed in Ajman Free Zone and our ERP consultants and engineers work across the UAE, the UK and India. Implementation in Dubai is on site for discovery, training and go-live, and remote for the rest.

Odoo is the platform we implement most in Dubai because it covers trading, distribution, retail and services well, it localises for the UAE, and it costs a fraction of the enterprise suites. It is not right for everyone. A business with a complex manufacturing flow, unusual trade finance arrangements or a product that is itself software often needs custom modules or a custom system.
The discovery phase answers the question with evidence: process maps, the gaps a package would leave, and the cost over five years of each route. We tell you which we recommend and why, and the specification is yours whether or not we build it.
Process maps and gap analysis before a platform is chosen.
Implemented and customised with UAE localisation done properly.
Modules or systems built for the processes no package supports.
Licence, customisation and support costs compared honestly.
A Dubai ERP that gets tax wrong creates work in the finance team that no operational gain covers. Every line needs the right VAT treatment, invoices need the FTA's required fields, the return needs figures by emirate, corporate tax needs records that survive an audit, and e-invoicing will need structured data flowing through an accredited provider.
We configure and build this into the data model rather than as reports on top: tax codes on products, customers and lines; document formats that satisfy the FTA; retention and audit history; and the integration points e-invoicing will use, so the finance team files from the system rather than from exports.
On products, customers and lines, not corrected afterwards.
Invoices and credit notes in the prescribed formats.
By emirate and category, reverse charge included.
Prepared for the phased mandate.
Dubai's trading companies move goods through Jebel Ali, bonded warehouses and free zone stock into mainland and GCC customers, with landed cost that includes freight, duty and clearing, and margin that depends on getting all of it right. Spreadsheets manage this until they do not.
We configure inventory for bonded, free zone and mainland stock, landed cost allocation, batch and expiry where the goods need it, multi-currency purchasing and sales, and the customs and shipping documents produced from the order, so margin by product, customer and shipment is a report rather than a project.
Stock positions by status and location.
Freight, duty and clearing allocated to margin.
Packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates from the order.
By product, customer, shipment and salesperson.
The riskiest fortnight of an ERP project is the cutover. Customers, products, stock, prices and open transactions must come across clean, staff must know their screens, and the old system must stay available for reference. Businesses that go live on untested data spend a month recovering.
We migrate in rehearsals, train each role on its own workflows, run the pilot team on real transactions before cutover, plan go-live for the quietest point in the calendar, often outside Ramadan and the Q4 peak, and stay on hypercare for the weeks after.
Data loaded and reconciled more than once.
Each team on its own screens and tasks.
Real transactions by real users before cutover.
Same-day fixes in the weeks after go-live.
Infynix Solutions is licensed in Ajman Free Zone and implements ERP for businesses across Dubai, from Business Bay and Deira to JAFZA, Al Quoz and Dubai Industrial City. Discovery, training and go-live are on site.
The discovery call is free. Bring the stock count that disagrees with the system and last quarter's VAT reconciliation.

We do not quote from a rate card. Discovery establishes the modules, users, integrations and data involved, and the proposal is a fixed price for that scope with support quoted separately. A modular rollout can spread the investment.
